Seeing past the benefits of the home advantage

A firm believer that ‘inclusive educators quite literally change lives’, former headteacher Rachel Macfarlane has written her new book, The A-Z of Diversity and Inclusion, to help teachers meet the needs of their learners, helping them to understand, tackle and overcome any barriers that might stand in their way.
