Ian Clarke is an organist and musical director of the acclaimed chamber choir the Swarbrick Singers, as well as member of the panel of Examiners for the Associated Board of Royal Schools of Music.
The choir was formed in 1983 while Ian was the organist of All Saints’ Church, Northampton. The organ at the church was built by Thomas Swarbrick, an 18th century builder and the original case is still there — hence the name. They sing music both sacred and secular from all periods of time at all types of events. Ian will share some insights into chamber music and the wonderful experiences of this choir.
