The English-Speaking Union welcomes you to the Grand Final of the ESU Schools’ Mace debating competition, taking place on Thursday, 30 April at Dartmouth House, London.
Guests are welcome to join us from 9am ready for the semi-finals to begin at 9.45am.
Light refreshments will be provided throughout the day; however, we advise everybody to bring a packed lunch or to buy lunch from one of the nearby shops or cafes. Our staff will be on hand to offer directions on the day.
Attendees can enjoy the debates throughout the day, as well as having the chance to meet and network with other guests.. At the end of the day, the winning team will be awarded the Mace. General feedback will be offered to competing teams throughout by our expert judging panels. Tickets are limited, so we urge everyone to register quickly.
