Notice is hereby given that the 103rd Annual General Meeting of the English-Speaking Union of the Commonwealth will be held at Dartmouth House, 37 Charles Street, London W1J 5ED on Tuesday, 6 December 2022 at 5pm. Philip Maunder, Chair, will preside.
After the AGM, we are delighted to welcome members to stay for a festive drinks reception with music by jazz trio Muted Affair.
Timings for the evening are as follows:
5pm – Annual General Meeting (free)
6pm – Jazz reception with raffle (free)

3. Auditors’ Remuneration. Pursuant to Bye-Law 19 the Board of Governors seeks authority to fix the Auditors’ Remuneration for the following year.
